Dial-a-dog-carer have selected "special people" that take pet dogs into their own home and provide an alternative loving home environment, similar to the dog's own home life whilst their owners are away.

Yes, if you wish you can visit the carer's home with their dog as this allows everyone to meet and discuss any concerns they may have.

You can fill in the online enquiry form and we will contact you with a view to coming to see you. We will go through the procedure with you and answer any questions you may have.

The minimum requirement is 3 days or 2 nights.

Most dogs are suitable, that are the friendly family dog type. We will take puppies from 6 months upwards and all dogs must be controllable, and of a good behaviour.

Anything that is associated with the dogs normal everyday looking after i.e, food, biscuits, bed, bowls, lead , toys etc. If the dog has special dietary requirements or is on medication, then this will be logged when we visit you so that the carer knows exactly what they have to give your dog.

Do you offer a pick up and drop of service to the carers home?

Most customers do drop off and pick up their dog from the carers home. However we can arrange for a small fee for this service to be done by us, and the dog returned to you
